We recover used parts from damaged or sold vehicles. We check the quality of the parts through a thorough process that our technicians perform in order to offer parts in working condition and at low cost.

We test ALL parts before removing them from the vehicle. We guarantee the parts until they are installed on the vehicle or 14 days from the day we receive them. Once the part is installed, we are no longer responsible for its use. Electronic parts are not exchangeable or refundable. So when you order an electronic part, you are assured of a functional part.

If the part you ordered does not fit, you must fill out the return form, and we will examine it upon receipt. If the part you received is not the one you ordered and the error is ours, we will take care of the return shipping and the shipping to send you the right part. In all cases, the parts must be in their original packaging and must not have been installed, tested or mounted on a vehicle. Please do not hesitate to contact us BEFORE ordering if you have any doubt.
